Our Fleet
At Cactus Aviation, we use the iconic Cessna 172 and the Redbird LD AATD. The Cessna 172 is considered one of the best training aircraft for several reasons. Its stability, forgiving characteristics, and ease of maintenance make it an ideal choice for flight training. From the basic "six pack" to the Technology Advanced Cessna 172, we offer aircraft to meet your needs and your budget. The Redbird LD AATD is an excellent flight training tool to assist you with obtainning your instrument rating and commercial license
Our Programs
We offer a wide range of flight training programs designed to meet the needs of students at all levels. From private pilot training to advanced commercial aviation programs, we have a program that will fit your needs. Cactus Aviation also offers PSI Testing.
Our Location
We are conveniently located at the Henderson Executive Airport in Henderson/Las Vegas, NV. Our office is on the second floor of the main terminal building. KHND is an excellent airport to train out of. Located under the Las Vegas Class B and close proximity to practice areas and airports, makes it an excellent choice for a flight training location.
